Licensed Practical Nurse - Per Diem Overview Per Visit LPN to work at least 2-3 days per week up to 5 days per week including a minimum of one weekend per month. Requirements Current licensed practical nursing licensure required. Current CPR certification or the ability to acquire certification prior to making patient visits.
