Greater Medford Visiting Nursing Association will sponsor a Community Health Fair at Meadow Glen Mall on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. Click here to print a flyer.

"The health fair will provide an opportunity to talk with local healthcare professionals and hear about the latest programs available," said Marie Knasas, Executive Director of GMVNA. "Free information and health care resources will be available, including blood pressure screenings. There will be door prizes and the drawing for the door prizes will be at noon."

Local healthcare professionals present will include Law Offices of Spano & Dawicki, Mystic Valley Elder Services, Medford Council on Aging, and others. For additional information about the Community Health Fair call Jean Hennessey at 781-396-2633, ext. 211 or email jhennessey@gmvna.com.

The Greater Medford VNA is active in local communities, and provides blood pressure, health screenings and health education programs on a regular basis. Each month our Health Education Program discusses a different health care topic in various locations throughout the area. And we offer Blood Pressure Screenings on a monthly basis in a variety of locations in Medford, Everett, and Stoneham.
